At Ulus Vocational School, a general evaluation meeting for the academic year 2023-2024 was conducted with the participation of academic and administrative personnel.

Chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şükrü Teoman Güner, the meeting aimed to assess the overall status of the academic and administrative personnel in alignment with the "High and sustainable satisfaction levels of academic and administrative personnel and students" goal outlined in the 2024 Action Plan. The meeting took place on June 12, 2024.

Discussions during the meeting covered topics such as educational activities during the fall and spring semesters of the 2023-2024 academic year, workplace training exams, and graduation matters. Presentations were delivered by Inst. Dr. Erdal Güler, Deputy Director of the Vocational School and Chair of the Quality Commission, on the implementation of the 2024 First Semester PUKÖ-Based Action Plan, and by Instructor Ayşenur Açıkel, Chair of the Internal Control Monitoring and Evaluation Committee, on the preparation of the Spring 2023-2024 Process Monitoring Performance Scorecard (PMPS) Report.

Following the presentations, discussions were held regarding plans for the fall semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, fostering an exchange of ideas among attendees.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şükrü Teoman Güner expressed gratitude to the academic and administrative personnel for their participation, emphasizing the importance of a participatory management approach adopted at Ulus Vocational School. He highlighted the potential for impactful practices aligned with this approach.

The meeting concluded with a surprise celebration, where a birthday cake was presented to Instructor Hatice Ay from the Land Registry and Cadastre Program.
