Ulus Vocational School Strengthens Its Academic Staff: 2026 Orientation Program Held
Bartın University’s Ulus Vocational School organized an orientation program to support the rapid and effective integration of newly appointed academic staff into the institutional structure for the 2026 academic year.
The program was held for Lecturer Fatih Şerif Coşan and Lecturer Taha Öz, who recently joined the Department of Construction at Ulus Vocational School. The orientation aimed to facilitate their adaptation to academic and administrative processes and to support their effective participation in teaching and institutional activities. The program was conducted by Lecturer Hatice Karaca.
During the program, participants were provided with information about the institution’s mission and vision, academic and administrative procedures, quality assurance and accreditation practices, as well as key aspects of educational and training activities. In addition, an interactive session was held where the new academic staff had the opportunity to ask questions and exchange views.
The orientation program aims to strengthen the sense of institutional belonging among new academic staff, facilitate their adaptation to the institutional culture, and enhance the effectiveness of educational processes at Ulus Vocational School.
