Ulus Vocational School Holds Quality Enhancement Meetings as Part of 2026 Improvement Plan

As part of the 2026 Unit Improvement Plan, a series of information and evaluation meetings were held at Ulus Vocational School to promote quality culture across the institution and enhance stakeholder awareness.

The meetings, led by the Chair of the Unit Quality and Accreditation Commission, Lecturer Dr. Erdal GÜLER, were conducted on 24 March 2026 with the participation of students, academic staff, and administrative personnel.

During the sessions held on Tuesday, 24 March:

  • At 09:30, students from the Forestry Department and the Office Management and Executive Assistance Department were engaged.
  • At 10:30, students from the Architecture and Urban Planning Department, the Textile, Clothing, Footwear and Leather Department, and the Construction Department attended.
All student meetings were held in the designated classrooms.

The opening of the event was also attended by the Director of Ulus Vocational School, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şükrü Teoman GÜNER, who delivered a brief address. Director GÜNER emphasized the importance of quality culture in institutional development and expressed his support for the ongoing quality initiatives.

A second session was held on 26 March 2026 at 12:30, during which the School’s academic and administrative staff met in the library.

Throughout the meetings, key topics such as the quality assurance system, student and staff feedback processes, internal evaluation mechanisms, accreditation efforts, and areas for improvement were discussed. The sessions aimed to strengthen participation in quality processes by incorporating the views of students and staff.

The Ulus Vocational School administration stated that efforts to enhance and reinforce the quality culture will continue throughout the year.
