BARÜ Students Selected for Erasmus+ Study Mobility in Poland

Students Ceyda Demirkoparan and Ali Enes Akdemir from the Land Registry and Cadastre Program of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning at Bartın University (BARÜ) Ulus Vocational School have been selected to participate in the Erasmus+ Study Mobility Programme in Poland.

Having successfully completed the Erasmus+ student selection process, the students will study at the Radom Academy of Economics in Radom, Poland, during the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year. Following the successful completion of the application, admission, and inter-institutional communication processes coordinated by Lect. Dr. Hatice Ay, Erasmus Unit Coordinator of Ulus Vocational School, the students were officially presented with their letters of acceptance.

Commenting on the achievement, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Şükrü Teoman Güner, Director of Ulus Vocational School, expressed his satisfaction with the students' success and stated: "The international academic experience our students will gain will make a significant contribution both to their professional careers and to the vision of our vocational school. I congratulate Ceyda Demirkoparan and Ali Enes Akdemir and wish them every success in their studies in Poland. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to our Erasmus Unit Coordinator, Lect. Dr. Hatice Ay, and to Bartłomiej Świostek, Erasmus+ Coordinator at the Radom Academy of Economics, for their valuable support and contributions in successfully managing the mobility process and completing our students' admission procedures."

The Erasmus+ mobility programme aims to enhance the students' academic and professional competencies in an international environment, improve their foreign language proficiency, and strengthen their ability to adapt to a global academic community. In addition to supporting the students' personal and professional development, this mobility is expected to contribute to Bartın University's internationalisation strategy and further strengthen the global academic collaborations of Ulus Vocational School.
